Blade is one of those living puppets, created by Toulon in Berlin during World War II, he has the soul of Dr. Hess, a German surgeon and doctor who betrayed the Nazis to work with Toulon and was stabbed to death in the process. He is a spy puppet with guns in hand and in the movies themselves he appears to be the leader of the puppets. He has appeared in every Puppet Master movie so far. Torch is a puppet with a flamethrower in one hand. It was built into Puppet Master II by Toulon after he was raised from the dead. Torch's place in the group is that of an assassin for hire, he is the group's executioner and has no mercy on adults, animals or even children.
