We strive to display product colors and images accurately; however, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display will reflect the colors exactly.
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. Despite our best efforts, errors in pricing or product information may occur. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for that product, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your payment method charged. If your payment method has been charged and your order is canceled, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.
We reserve the right to refuse any order. We may, at our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.
4. Payments
We accept payments through third-party payment processors, including Stripe. Your payment information is processed securely by these providers and is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.
You agree to provide valid and current payment information. If a payment is declined or reversed, we may suspend or cancel the associated order.
5. Shipping and International Orders
We ship via third-party carriers, including FedEx and UPS. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or events beyond our reasonable control.
For international orders, you are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost. We are not responsible for packages delayed, held, or seized by customs authorities.
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon our delivery of the products to the carrier.
