Refund policy

Thanks for shopping at Brazilian Shopping where you can find the hand-picked Brazilian products.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

1. Return

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused/unopened and in the same condition that you received it. The product should be returned in the original shipping packaging together with Receipt or Proof of Purchase.

Due to the nature of some of our products, cleaning and similar items that have been opened, used, or whose seal has been broken are not eligible for return, unless the product is defective or damaged.

For defective or damaged products, as well as for the return address, please contact us at customerservice@brazilianshopping.com so we can arrange a refund or an exchange.

2. Refund

Once we receive your item back, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund within 5 business days of receipt.

If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

3. IMPORTANT

Important: Refund is not applicable in case the product is not received by the buyer due to lack of payment of import duties, taxes and customs fees which are the buyer's responsibility.

4. Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your credit. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.

If the return is due to a defective or damaged product, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
