The MD 1200.1 4 ohm amplifier module was carefully developed with the latest technology, offering high output and performance for the most varied automotive sound systems.

Its wide frequency response (10Hz to 20khz) allows it to be used with speakers of the most varied models, such as subwoofers, woofers, midbass, midrange and drivers. Available in 1, 2 and 4 ohm versions, it is an amplifier classified as mono, that is, it has one channel with a maximum power of 1200 watts rms.

Due to its diversity, it can be installed in cars, trucks, pickup trucks, SUVs to amplify the internal sound, such as trunk sound or the famous trio boxes, among other automotive projects such as use in sound walls, Goiano trio, sound open suitcase, bob boxes, residential boxes, etc.

The strength you are looking for for your sound system is here!

Technical specifications:

• Operation class: class d.
It is the indication of the construction of an amplifier, class d (also called digital) due to the pwm (pulse width modulation) used in its operation, it allows a small, efficient amplifier with reduced heating compared to other construction classes .

• Number of channels: 01.
Number of channels to use in your project, with this specific model, you have the option of connecting only 1 channel.

• Power @12.6v – 4 ohms: 1200w rms.
The power, with a voltage of 12.6v volts, is related to the operation of the vehicle/power source.

• Power @12.6v – 8 ohms: 855w rms.
The power, with a voltage of 12.6v volts, is related to the operation of the vehicle/power source.

• Minimum output impedance: 4 ohms.
Association with the speaker result, where, for example, we can connect two 8 ohm speakers or just one 4 ohm speaker to the channel for this result.

• Minimum output impedance: 8 ohms.
Association with the speaker result, where, for example, we could connect an 8 ohm speaker to this result.

• Minimum input sensitivity: 220mv.
Lower voltage required for maximum results with the amplifier, that is, with low volume on the radio, we will achieve good results.

• Frequency response: 10hz ~ 20kHz(-3db).
With the frequency response it is possible to identify the application of the amplifier, as well as whether the speaker or any other type of transducer you are using is understood within this response, meaning that we can use this product in your project.

• Variable crossover low pass (lpf): 80hz ~ full.
Lpf or low pass filter (term in English) means low pass filter, that is, it allows everything below this reference to be reproduced and anything above this indication will not be used. A common use of this function is to reduce the presence of voice in subwoofers.

• Variable high pass crossover (hpf): 10hz ~ 80hz (-12db/8th).
HPF or high pass filter (term in English), meaning high pass filter, that is, it allows everything above this reference to be reproduced, the common use of this function is to reduce the presence of bass in door speakers, for example example.

• Bass boost: boost: 0 ~ 10.5db (50hz).
Bass boost is the bass reinforcement for the amplifier's sub channel, that is, an "extra" reinforcement for the bass.

• Supply voltage: 9 to 16v.
It is the operating indication of the amplifier where it will have the minimum and maximum voltage for its operation, outside of this specification it will not turn on or activate protection.

• Consumption at rest: 1.8a.
This is the reference for the consumption of the amplifier turned on and without music.

• Maximum musical consumption: @12.6vdc: 58a.
This is the estimated consumption of the amplifier working at minimum impedance, playing music at maximum volume.

• Maximum consumption in sinusoidal signal: @12.6vdc: 116a.
Reference for bench/laboratory tests under specific conditions with resistive load, fixed frequency and stable power supply.

• Protection system: output short / high and low supply voltage / thermal protection.
This system exists to protect the operation of the amplifier. It can be related to the output, when we have connections below the minimum impedance, a short circuit in the installation or even speakers with problems.
This protection may also occur due to voltages outside the operating range, or even thermal protection that occurs due to conditions in which the amplifier heats up above normal.

• Dimensions: width 22.8cm x height 7cm x depth 15.8cm.
Extreme product dimensions.

• Weight: 1.80kg.
Gross weight of the amplifier.
